Voluntary 14-Day Return & Replacement Policy (U.S. Customers Only)

1. Scope & Voluntary Nature
This is a voluntary return and replacement policy offered by CospudProduction GmbH for U.S. customers. It is not a statutory “cooling-off” or “right of withdrawal” under federal or state law, but an additional service provided at our discretion.

2. Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

3. Returns for Non-Defective Goods

  • Returns of non-defective items are accepted only within 14 days.

  • You are responsible for all return-shipping costs on non-defective goods.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first via our Contact Form or at support@spawnd.eu; do not ship items before receiving your personalized return instructions.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days and we will send you a free replacement.

  • We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement of defective or damaged items.

5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, except to the extent that damage or defects have occurred. You remain liable for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is required to inspect the item’s nature, characteristics, and function.

6. Refunds & Replacements

  • For defective returns, we will ship the replacement within 5 business days of receiving your return.

  • For non-defective returns, upon receipt and inspection of your item, we will issue a refund (excluding your return-shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
