Voluntary 14-Day Return & Replacement Policy (U.S. Customers Only)

1. Scope & Voluntary Nature
This is a voluntary return and replacement policy offered by CospudProduction GmbH for U.S. customers. It is not a statutory “cooling-off” or “right of withdrawal” under federal or state law, but an additional service provided at our discretion.

2. Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 14 calendar days of delivery.

3. Returns for Non-Defective Goods

  • Returns of non-defective items are accepted only within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • You are responsible for all return-shipping costs on non-defective goods.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, as we offer free shipping on orders over $60 and therefore already cover up to $20 in outbound shipping costs ourselves.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first via our Contact Form or at support@spawnd.eu; do not ship items before receiving your personalized return instructions.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • We will provide a free replacement of the same item and cover all related shipping costs.

  • Refunds are not offered for defective or damaged goods; the sole remedy is replacement of the item.

5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, except to the extent that damage or defects have occurred. You remain liable for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is required to inspect the item’s nature, characteristics, and function.

6. Refunds & Replacements

  • For defective returns, we will ship the replacement within 10 business days of receiving your return or damage confirmation.

  • For non-defective returns, upon receipt and inspection of your item, we will issue a refund (excluding your return-shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
